The Kearny Public Library is excited to announce another Fresh Ingredients Cooking Workshop with instructor Lidia Quinones on Thursday, August 9 at 3:00 PM.

Lidia has been making lots of hearty dishes throughout the Winter and Spring months.  Now that the Summer has arrived, she will begin utilizing our very own Kearny Farmer’s Market for wonderful seasonal creations.  The class will meet in the lower level kitchen at the Main Library, located at 318 Kearny Ave.  All ingredients will be provided.  All adults are welcome on a first come, first served basis. Space is limited.  Please plan on arriving early.

Beginning on June 21, the Kearny Farmer’s Market will be set up every Thursday afternoon from 12 PM – 6 PM in its continuing location on Garfield Avenue, right next to the Main Library!  Stop by and check it out…
