The Kearny Public Library is excited to announce a Children’s Sewing Workshop for children in 4th grade and up. Classes will meet for six weeks on Fridays at 10:30 AM beginning July 14 and ending on August 18.

We are very pleased to offer this unique workshop with returning cooking and fashion instructor Martina Nevado. Children will learn how to design a project from scratch. Then, they will complete the work prepared on our collection of sewing machines. Each class will be approximately two hours long.

There will be no charge these classes, but the number of students will be limited to ten. Please call the Kearny Public Library at (201) 998-2666 if you are interested and would like to register.
