The Kearny Public Library is pleased to offer another program in its series of Garden Thursday Concerts at the Main Library Reading Garden as we welcome back The Florian Schantz Jazz Combo at 1:00 PM on Thursday, July 2.

The Florian Schantz Jazz Combo was formed in 2012 by then 9-year old Florian Schantz. Since then, the band has delighted audiences in numerous venues in the greater NYC Area and in Germany. They will be returning to the KPL for the fifth year in a row! You will have another chance to catch them later in the season as well, as they join us for our annual Oktoberfest program on September 19 at 4 PM.

Please join us for this special event, free of charge and open to all interested with some guidelines. Please adhere to a social distance of six feet while you enjoy the music and wear a mask or facial covering to ensure the safety of everyone. Also, take some time to visit the Kearny Farmer’s Market, located on Garfield Avenue right next to the library, which is open every Thursday from 12 NOON to 6 PM beginning on June 18.
