The Kearny Public Library would like to announce the return of our Summer Wonder League Robotics program with instructors from Mad Science, open to children in grades 2 – 7.  This six-week workshop will meet on Mondays at 3:00 PM, beginning July 9 and ending August 13.

The Wonder League is a worldwide community of clubs inspiring the creators of tomorrow with robotics and coding. Attendees will work with Dash and Dot, a robot duo who will help children learn valuable skills and creative problem solving.  There is no experience required.  Instructors will guide children through lessons with robots and tablets.

This workshop is open to all Kearny residents, but class size is limited and registration is required. While the Kearny Library is contributing most of the funding needed, there will be a small $10 registration fee per child for the six-week session.  Registration will open online on Sunday, July 1 through the Mad Science website.  Follow this link:

You will be asked to create an account and sign into the system in order to register and pay for your child. Please call the library or stop in if you have any issues with the registration system.
