The Kearny Public Library welcomes new members to join our monthly Book Discussion Group in its new location and time. The next meeting of the group will be held at 1 PM on Thursday, September 12 at the Branch Library (located at 759 Kearny Ave.) when they will discuss children’s literature classic Anne of Green Gables.  If anyone is interested in joining in, copies of each book are available at the Branch Library, while supplies last.  Just ask at the front desk.

The KPL Book Club plans on continuing the success it has been building over the last few years with moderator Dorothy Meissner and a core of dynamic, dedicated members.  While they are always open to new members, they are also actively seeking local authors who might be interested in doing book talks. If you are an interested local author, please contact the library.
